New York State 4-H Youth Development offers 4-H Camps, Day Camps, Overnight Camp, Resident Camp programs, shortened overnight programs for younger campers, Specialty Camps, and 4-H Science Camps. The program serves young people and has offerings for younger campers and for all 5-16 year old youth, with some camps also serving children 6 to 19 years old.

About the provider
New York State 4-H camps have been established since 1924 and have camps in New York since 1945. The program’s mission is helping all NY youth become beyond ready, and it says the camps provide a positive learning environment where individuals experience belonging, build community, and deepen their appreciation for the natural world. NYS 4-H Camp Specialist Shawn Tiede is listed as the leadership contact, and New York State 4-H camps are members of the American Camp Association; some camps are ACA Accredited.
