Since 1994, SPORTIME has operated tennis and sports facilities in the Tri-State Area, and SPORTIME Kings Park features youth sports and what is described as the largest summer camp in Suffolk County, Long Island, welcoming more than 400 multi-sport summer day campers every day of the summer from preschool through 9th grade. SPORTIME’s preschool camps incorporate sports, games, tennis, arts and crafts, music, and more, and its multi-sport summer camp offers a diverse range of sports and activities for campers aged 9 and up. The tennis summer camp provides a tennis camp experience that combines skill development, competitive opportunities, and fun activities for campers of all ages and levels, and non-members can participate in certain activities, including camps and some introductory programs, at non-discounted rates. The multi-sport summer day camp at SPORTIME Kings Park is accredited by the American Camp Association, and the club is open 365 days a year.

The program is staffed by experienced, qualified coaches and counselors, supported by a team of more than 250 certified coaches and over 250 certified tennis professionals. SPORTIME’s leadership team includes executives such as Claude Okin, Bennett Schlansky, Laurie Harlin, Joe Siegel, Jeff Crowne, Courtney Repoli, Chelsea Riccio, and regional and program leaders including Jared Elgayeh and others, as well as John McEnroe and Patrick McEnroe in leadership roles with the John McEnroe Tennis Academy and Mike Barrell as Executive Director of Tennis. SPORTIME offers over 325 indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts at 20 clubs and more dedicated pickleball clubs and courts than any other operator in the Tri-State region, with 136 indoor and outdoor pickleball courts in its markets.

The Johnny Mac Tennis Project (JMTP), connected with SPORTIME, serves more than 5,000 New York kids every year by removing racial, economic, and social barriers to success through tennis. SPORTIME states that its purpose is to help those who use its clubs achieve their sports and fitness goals. Testimonials from families and adult players describe the facility as having friendly and helpful staff, theme parties on Fridays during summer, and camps that have included swimming and tennis for children, as well as beginner classes for adults that feature knowledgeable instructors and appealing kids’ classes.
