Youth & Teen Programs connects participants with several Adirondack Mountain Club program areas. The Heart Lake Program Center offers lodging reservations, education programs, trail work, the Summit Stewardship Program, and access to the High Peaks Information Center. Johns Brook Property is part of the program and provides backcountry wilderness lodging in the Adirondack High Peaks.
The Summit Stewardship Program within Youth & Teen Programs is described as leading the way in visitor use management.
