Hudson River Community Sailing offers City Sail Camp, Sail Academy, community sailing, and both maritime and sailing education. The program also runs an Adaptive program for youth and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Participants sail on the newest fleet in NYC and can take affordable classes for a range of skill levels.

• Ages: 9–17 years old
• Schedule: Sailing season begins in mid-April.

Hudson River Community Sailing is a non-profit youth development and community sailing organization. Its mission is to develop leadership and academic success in underserved New York City youth through sailing education and to provide maritime education and recreation to the community at large. The organization partners with public schools and operates as a community sailing club with a diverse and vibrant community sailing center. It states a core belief that everyone can learn to sail and that sailing provides a unique opportunity for growth and discovery. The program also highlights Equity & Inclusion, with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive space, and hosts a Sailing for Scholars Benefit as part of its community involvement.
