14th Street Y Youth Programs

14th Street Y Youth Programs include activities such as fitness, aquatics, arts education, early childhood education, summer camps, and programs connected to Jewish life and older adult services. Children and families can take part in group fitness classes like yoga, barre, Pilates, Zumba, cardio sculpt, and aerobics with strength training, as well as swim instruction, aqua aerobics, family open swim, and basketball shoot-around and gameplay. The program also offers infant and toddler classes, including Baby and Me Fitness and Baby and Me Yoga, along with youth classes and a mahjong beginner-friendly series.

• Price: Individual Adult membership: $102 per month; Couple membership: $167 per month; Senior membership: $70 per month; Senior Couple membership: $113 per month; Family Membership – One Adult: $137 per month; Family Membership – Two Adults: $190 per month; Teen membership: $47 per month; Student membership: $92 per month.

Family memberships include early registration and discounts to Preschool, Prelude, Infant and Toddler Programs, Parenting, After School, Youth Classes, and 14Y Camps. Most drop-in infant and toddler classes, including Baby and Me Fitness and Baby and Me Yoga, are free for 14Y family members. The program offers 14Y swim classes for children as young as six months. Members receive six guest passes per calendar year for each membership type and get early access to Arts + Culture and Jewish Community Programs. Certified professional trainers provide personal training. The 14th Street Y is part of Educational Alliance, a downtown Manhattan non-profit that serves 50,000 New Yorkers annually, and is a proud partner of UJA-Federation of New York.
