The mission also states that the team will take care of children as if they were their own and aims to instill children with confidence and a love of learning. The well-being curriculum includes topics such as Social and Emotional Development, Physical Health, Nutrition, and Sleep.

Parent testimonials report that Playgarden Prep Online offers structure for homeschool families through self-paced daily lessons, live workshops, and written worksheets, and that some parents use it alongside library and museum memberships and sports. Parents describe their children learning letters, numbers, continents, and planets before age 3, and one parent reports that at kindergarten registration, staff believed her child might be able to skip directly to first grade based on how advanced Playgarden Prep had helped him become. Other parents describe the curriculum as thoughtfully planned, flexible, and well rounded, and say their children enjoy the songs, want to watch every day, and have made Playgarden songs and teachers a regular part of family life.
