The platform includes text equivalents for all non-text content and a logical tab order for accurate screen reader interpretation. Tutors undergo a rigorous, multi-step evaluation process to show deep subject-matter expertise, proven teaching effectiveness, and full mastery of the interactive online classroom, and they must pass a comprehensive third-party background check. Tutors receive specialized training to support learners with a variety of physical, cognitive, and learning needs. The program has more than 4,000 rigorously vetted and trained tutors who support over 250 subjects and use a research-based, multimodal methodology that adapts to each learner.

Tutor.com Online Tutoring offers high-dosage tutoring in small groups with high frequency for math and English language arts for students in grades 3 through high school, as well as on-demand tutoring available 24/7. The program provides real-time data and actionable analytics and assigns dedicated Customer Success Managers who focus on institutional goals and long-term student success. Services are available for higher education, K–12, libraries, employee benefits programs, and U.S. military members and their families, and test preparation for K–12 institutions is offered through a partnership with The Princeton Review.
