Roseland School of Dance

Roseland School of Dance offers classes in Ballet, Lyrical, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Tumbling, as well as Music & Movement Classes for Little Ones. Classes are available for toddlers, preschoolers, Kindergarten-age children, tweens, teens, and adults, with levels from beginner through advanced in the listed dance styles. Students at Roseland School of Dance are offered the opportunity to perform in a professionally produced recital each year.

Roseland School of Dance has been bringing the art of dance to its communities for over 45 years and is proud to celebrate over 40 years of teaching dance on Long Island. The program follows philosophies that encourage students to “WIN FROM WITHIN” and state that dance is an expression to music and that all expressions are beautiful, with a commitment to provide this philosophy along with dance education. Each dance school is individually owned and operated under the Roseland School of Dance philosophies and standards, and each location is described as a distinguished dance school serving its local community. Roseland School of Dance runs a Student Teaching Program that has trained many teachers across Long Island and notes that there are opportunities to own a Roseland School of Dance. The program helps local Girl Scout troops earn a Dance Badge, visits preschools and daycares for free with its Music & Movement Classes for Little Ones, participates in local events, and contributes to charitable causes connected to the communities it serves.
