Roseland School of Dance offers Dance with Me for 1 year olds, Sing and Dance for 2 year olds, Pre-Dance Class for ages 3-4, Tiny Tumblers for ages 3-5, and Tumbling for ages 5 and up. It also offers Dance 1 and 2 for ages 5-6, Dance 3 for ages 7-8, Jam Class for ages 5-8, Cheer Dance for ages 5-8, Ballet, and Tap. Classes start at 12 months and continue through adults.
Programs
- Dance with Me — 1 year · Our youngest friends enjoy engaging in play and fun activities with their favorite adult to help them along. Lots of fun with props and great music!
- Sing and Dance — 2 years · Toddlers learn basic dance skills with fun moves including marching, jumping, clapping, and tapping while making friends and listening to favorite songs. Independent from parents.
- Pre-Dance Class — 3-4 years · Pre-schoolers build coordination and motor skills with Tap, Ballet, and creative movement.
- Tiny Tumblers — 3-5 years · Introduction to basic acrobatics to build strength, flexibility, and coordination.
- Tumbling — 5 years and up · Basic skills in acrobatic tricks with exercises that build strength and flexibility.
- Dance/Jam Program — Exciting dance and jam classes to get students excited and eager to come to dance.
- Dance 1 and 2 — 5-6 years · Core dance lessons including Ballet for strength and posture, Tap for rhythm and timing, and Jazz stretches.
- Dance 3 — 7-8 years · Ballet, Tap, and Jazz program with performance to Broadway style music and popular upbeat songs.
- Jam Class — 5-8 years · Hip Hop and Tumbling with freestyle dance moves and tumbling tricks.
- Cheer Dance — 5-8 years · Foundation in Tumbling, Jumps, Stunts, and Pom dances with strength, trust, and teamwork.
- Ballet — Classical ballet methods with barre work, floor exercise, and combinations.
- Tap — Classic dance with different rhythms.

About the provider
Roseland School of Dance has over 45 years of history, with another statement saying over 40 years. Its mission is to provide dance classes that encourage students to "WIN FROM WITHIN!" The school also helps local Girl Scout Troops earn their own Dance Badge, visits preschools and daycares for free with Music & Movement Classes for Little Ones, participates in local events, and contributes to charitable causes.
Each dance school is individually owned, allowing for personal attention to students and parents. Dancers are part of the Roseland Family. Recitals are professionally produced each year.
