Camp Herrlich

Camp Herrlich offers Summer Day Camp with weekly registration, Summer Sleepaway Camp, Outdoor Education with customizable 1 through 5 day programs, and School Age Child Care Programs with before and after school programs and rolling admission. Summer Sleepaway Camp has one-week sessions at $550 and two-week sessions at $1,250 per session.

• Summer Sleepaway Camp — finishing 1st grade and up; sessions 2 and 3 open for campers finishing 3rd grade and up; LIT for campers who will be 15 or 16 before the summer · Session 1: Sunday June 28th - Thursday July 2nd; Session 2: Sunday July 5th - Friday July 17th; Session 3: Sunday July 19th - Friday July 31st · $550–$1,250 per session · Overnight camp; two-week session rate is $1250 and one week session rate is $550; registration is now open.
• Outdoor Education — customizable, 1 through 5 day programs · Bring your classroom outdoors.
• School Age Child Care Programs — before and after school programs; rolling admission · Award winning before and after school programs.
• Leader in Training Program — 15 or 16 before the summer · July 5th - 17th and July 19th - July 31st · LIT program dates are July 5th - 17th and July 19th - July 31st.

About the provider

Camp Herrlich has over 100 years of programming for children and families. Its mission is to operate a dynamic learning and leadership center for all ages by providing positive recreational and educational programs to optimize personal and spiritual growth, and foster cultural harmony to enrich communities and quality of life. The program serves children from all walks of life, geographical areas, cultures, and economic statuses, and it has partnerships with SCOPE, the Elmezzi Foundation, and the Scott J. Beigel Memorial Fund.

We want all children to be able to experience camp, so we make it a priority to find and distribute camperships to underprivileged, underserved, at risk children. Sleepaway camp is open to everyone. Camp staff will be in the office for phone calls and e-mails. Summer 2026 session 1 is a great option for our youngest campers. Sessions 2 and 3 are open for campers finishing 3rd grade and up.
