Peekskill Clay Studios offers pottery, hand building, and ceramics activities for children and teens, including Kids N Clay and Teen Wheel. The program also offers Intro to Class courses, children's ceramics courses, ceramics workshops, and extensive clay programs for young people alongside other clay programs and ceramics classes.

Peekskill Clay Studios was founded in 2010. The leadership and teaching team includes Director and Instructor Jessica Dubin; Instructor and Studio Manager Jonathan Torres; President Ben Green; Program Director Francesca Beghe Green; Studio Assistant Christine Williamson White; and Instructor Jon Townley. Jessica Dubin has been working in clay for over twenty years, studied at Bennington College in Vermont, and holds an M.F.A. in Ceramics from S.U.N.Y. New Paltz. Jonathan Torres graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 2010 with a degree in Art Education with a concentration in Ceramics. Christine Williamson White graduated from Ithaca College with a BFA in Theater and has worked for over 25 years as a professional actor. Jon Townley received his BFA in ceramics from Ohio State University.

Peekskill Clay Studios is described as one of the region's premier clay art facilities, offering a full range of adult and children's classes from pottery to hand building, as well as a variety of beginner and intermediary classes. Membership space is available for experienced clay artists, and the studio features state of the art equipment and one of the area's only reduction gas kilns. It is located at the historic Peekskill Hat Factory, which was established in 1882. Ben Green's short film “Pipe Dreams” won the SOHO International Film Festival's Best Short Film in 2011.

Instructor Jonathan Torres runs ceramics workshops out of both Peekskill Clay Studios and Peekskill Middle School. He has taught ceramics as a Community Outreach Specialist for the Clay Art Center in Port Chester and has taught extensive clay programs in the Port Chester, Scarsdale, and Edgemont public schools, as well as the Corpus Christi Holy Rosary School in Port Chester. He also works with the Pelham Art Center, teaching children's ceramics courses and outreach programs with the Office for the Aging in New Rochelle.
