About
Socceroof Youth Programs offers soccer for kids and teens, including youth classes, youth camps, private classes, youth leagues, leagues, and pickup games. The program also includes tournaments such as the Globe Cup, as well as birthdays and other events that use soccer and other sports like half court basketball and pickleball. Families can also rent a field or arrange long term rental for a consistent home field for teams, and the program hosts watch parties for major soccer events.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
Socceroof Youth Programs takes place at Socceroof clubs that feature premium soccer fields, exceptional indoor pitches, and modern, accessible facilities, along with social spaces used for gatherings and events. The same venues are also used for schools, private events, corporate events, watch parties, and activities such as seminars, team-building, photoshoots, fashion shows, or pop-up stores. The leadership team includes Jean-David Tartour as CEO, Jérôme Meary as CEO Advisor, and Jonathan Lupinelli as COO. Jean-David Tartour is a pioneer of indoor soccer in France who created Le Five in 2008 and reshaped the urban soccer experience there, Jérôme Meary is a leading figure in soccer player transfers between Europe and the U.S. and CEO of Elite Athlete, and Jonathan Lupinelli is a former NCAA national champion who was a teammate of Antoine Griezmann at Real Sociedad and pursued a career in Major League Soccer in New York. Socceroof states that its mission is to create vibrant spaces where playing, connecting, and having fun become unforgettable experiences, no matter age, skill level, or goals. Partnerships with clubs, coaches, and schools are part of its effort to support the growth and professionalization of soccer in American and Canadian sports culture. The Globe Cup is a cross-border 5-a-side tournament with 48 teams across New York City, New Haven, Montreal, and Toronto, with a Finals Weekend held at Socceroof Wall Street in New York City.
