Long Point Camp

Long Point Camp offers summer camp activities that include group games and sports, swimming and boating, character building, and arts and crafts. The camp serves children ages 6 to 12 and Teen Camp ages 13 to 17.

About the provider

Long Point Camp was founded by The Salvation Army in the mid-1950s. It is licensed by the New York State Department of Health, and certified lifeguards are on duty for swimming. The camp states a mission to teach children about God and Christian values, promote positive social and interpersonal behavior, provide opportunities for children to learn life skills, offer activities not available at home to broaden their understanding and appreciation for the world God created, and provide a safe and loving environment for emotional growth.
