Port Washington Soccer Club Programs include intramural soccer, U7/U8 Diamond League, U8 Select Pre-Travel, Intramural Plus soccer, Travel Soccer, Wintermurals indoor winter training, Winter Diamond League, clinics focused on goalkeeping, ball mastery, goal scoring and finishing, speed and agility, private training, and Jigs Summer Soccer Camp. Wintermurals use smaller confines and a smooth surface for dynamic indoor winter training in local school gyms, and Winter Diamond League features weekly fast-paced 30 minute 4v4 or 3v3 matches. Clinics and camps are led by an elite trainer in a small group setting, and clinics are open to boys and girls of all ages.

The Port Washington Soccer Club was established in 1975. The club offers programs for boys and girls from Pre-K through high school, including revamped and re-imagined Intramural (U4–U7), U8 Diamond League and Intramural Plus (U9–U13) programs that serve over 600 recreational players, and a Travel Soccer program with over 30 teams in boys and girls age groups from U9–U19. The Port Washington Soccer Club's mission is to provide the Port Washington, NY community youth with a soccer experience that allows each player to maximize their own individual potential. The club is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and is described as the oldest, largest and most well-respected soccer club in the Port Washington community. It is the only organization in Port Washington dedicated to providing programs that meet the needs of every child looking for a positive experience through soccer, and it is the only club in Port Washington authorized to play in both Long Island Junior Soccer League and EDP/NY Club Soccer, with players able to compete in the LI Cup, described as one of the largest soccer tournaments in the world.
Professional, licensed trainers provide training at all soccer events, including clinics, practices, games and tournaments, and are present even at the U4 intramural program. The club’s philosophy is to have a professional trainer, under Director of Coaching Gerneil “Jigsy” Lorne’s guidance, at all soccer events, with core principles and curriculums implemented in intramural programs to support players making the leap to travel soccer at the U9 level. The club uses a club-wide style of play and formation, and players use position numbers rather than position names. Gerneil “Jigsy” Lorne uses phrases such as “Find your amazing!”, “Mentors not coaches”, and “Progress, then success,” and the club frequently uses the hashtag “#goproinlife” on social media posts.
The Port Washington Soccer Club has an exclusive Youth Club Affiliate program with NYCFC Academy through PWSC and Jigs Soccer. Several PWSC players have been invited to join NYCFC Academy, which is free to all players, and one of Gerneil “Jigsy” Lorne’s former players went through the NYCFC Academy, is now on the first team at NYCFC, and made his MLS debut in June 2024. Jigs Summer Soccer Camp provides a fun atmosphere for players of all ages and ability levels to develop their skills. The Port Washington Soccer Club provides scholarships to over 100 players each year who would not otherwise be able to participate in their programs and thanks the Port Washington Community Chest for its continued support.
