Unlimited Sports Action

Unlimited Sports Action offers a variety of sports programs, including Vacation Day Camp, NFL Flag Football Leagues, sports classes, baseball camps, multi-sport camps, curriculum-based sports classes and clinics, and summer day camps. The program also runs Winter Break Vacation Day Camp with multi-sport activities every day, as well as a co-ed Winter Recess Volleyball Camp that is open to all experience levels and focuses on age-appropriate instruction, confidence building, and fundamental volleyball skills. In addition, Unlimited Sports Action hosts birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvah’s, private parties for adults, vacation drop off programs, field rentals for teams and/or groups, and fundraising events, and uses the motto “All Sports, Unlimited Sports Action.”

• Ages: 3–15 years old
• Schedule: Winter Break Vacation Day Camp and Winter Recess Volleyball Camp run February 16–20, with volleyball sessions from 5:30–6:30 PM for Grades 3–5 and 6:30–8:00 PM for Grades 6–9

Al Sontag leads Unlimited Sports Action. He is a graduate of Plainedge High School in North Massapequa, where he lettered in several sports, and he went on to attend Indian River College in Florida. He was drafted twice by the Baltimore Orioles in 1983 before being drafted in the first round by the Minnesota Twins in 1984, and he is an 18-year veteran who has also played with the St. Louis Cardinals and the California Angels. Al Sontag has worked as a minor league pitching coach and manager and has been involved in the local community teaching individual instruction, clinics, baseball camps, and multi-sport camps.
