Camp Broadway is a summer camp focused on performing arts and musical theater. The program offers youth enrichment programs, experiential events, educational workshops, and pre-show educational workshops, as well as custom student outreach programs connected to theater and entertainment organizations.

Founded in 1995, Camp Broadway states that its mission is to make theatre arts an accessible and relevant vehicle for creative children to build confidence, hone presentation skills, and discover their unique talents at every stage of their lives. A staff of experienced Broadway performers, directors, choreographers, writers, composers, and designers teach all programs. Camp Broadway has been recognized as New York’s official destination for theater-loving kids, as Broadway’s “original” summer camp, and as a leader in audience engagement and a trusted source for year-round youth enrichment programs, experiential events, and educational workshops.
Camp Broadway reports that nearly 50,000 children from around the world have attended its annual musical theater camp on Broadway or at partner theaters in multiple U.S. cities. The company has received a Special Drama Desk Award for “introducing young people to the magic of theater and for playing a crucial role in creating tomorrow’s audiences,” has been honored for excellence by the Educational Theatre Association, recognized for its professionalism by the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce, and celebrated for its positive social impact on the community by Best of New York. Camp Broadway has implemented custom student outreach programs for artist estates, Broadway productions, and civic organizations, including “The Camp Broadway Challenge for Nothing But Nets” for the United Nations Foundation, “The Pride Rock Project” for Disney Theatrical Productions, “Stages for Learning” for Dodger Theatrical Productions, “On With the Show” for Bravo Television Network, “Adventure Ocean” for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, “Accentuate The Positive” for The Johnny Mercer Foundation, “The Getting To Know You Series” for Rodgers & Hammerstein, and “Future Stages” for Fidelity.
