Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja

Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja offers Little Explorers, a 45-minute parent-and-baby class where children practice crawling, standing, and walking skills. It also offers Busy Bees, an open play time with a trampoline, rock walls, slides, bars, games, and music, plus Bronze Babies, Silver Stars, Super Silvers, Gold Medalists, Gold Medal Ninja, Tumbling Class, Dancenastics, Girls Gymnastics Classes, Intro to Rec, and Summer Camp with gymnastics, ninja, tumbling, arts and crafts, and special characters.

Programs

• Little Explorers — 3-12 months · A 45-minute parent-and-baby class; children practice crawling, standing, and walking skills in a safe, fun environment. Prepares students for Bronze Babies.
• Busy Bees — 12 months-3 years · An open play environment with trampoline, rock walls, slides, bars, games, music, and parent-child bonding. Prepares children for Bronze Babies or Silver Stars.
• Bronze Babies — walking-3 years · A 45-minute parent-and-baby class focused on structured class setting, motor skill development, taking turns, and sharing. Prepares students for Silver Stars.
• Silver Stars — 3-4 years
• Intro to Rec — 5 years
• Super Silvers — 4-6 years
• Gold Medalists — 4-7 years · A preschool gym program teaching fundamentals of USAG Level 3 in a fun game-like environment. Students can participate in a beginner-level gymnastic competition called a 'fun meet.'
• Girls Gymnastics Classes — 6-18 years
• Gold Medal Ninja — Walking-12 years · High-energy classes combining gymnastics fundamentals with obstacle course challenges.
• Tumbling Class — 6-18 years · A 1-hour class concentrating on tumbling skills taught on the spring floor and progressions on trampolines and tumble track.
• Dancenastics — 6-18 years · An hour-long class focusing on tumbling and acrobatic skills used in dance, including walkovers, aerials, and back handsprings.
• Summer Camp — 3-12 years · 9:30 am-12:30 pm, 3-5 days per week · Weekly themed gymnastics, ninja, and tumbling camp with arts and crafts and special characters; campers must be potty trained.

Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja has been in operation since 1973. Its mission states that it prides itself on creating a quality learning experience for every child regardless of ability or skill. The program lists Safety-Certified Instructors and competitive team programs in Club, USAIGC, and USAG.

Referral discount: both the referrer and friend receive 25% off one month of Gymnastics or Ninja classes; referrer must be enrolled, referred must be enrolled for a minimum of 1 month, credit applied to both accounts upon request, limit one per customer. Facilities are cleaned and sterilized daily; gyms are fully air-conditioned and air purified.
