Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja – Rocky Point offers gymnastics classes, ninja classes, preschool gymnastics, Parent & Tot/Mommy & Me classes, and recreational and advanced gymnastics. The program includes options such as Mini-Team, Elite training, Ninja Training, Ninja Babies, Advanced Ninja training, tumbling, beginner and advanced flipping classes, Dancenastics, Trampoline, One-on-One classes, Mini Group sessions, and professional competitive teams through Gold Medal Ninja, Girls & Boys Gymnastics Classes, and Team Programs. Families can also choose from camps, events, birthday parties, Private Play Dates, and themed offerings like Summer Camp, School’s Out Camp, February Winter Break Camp, Bring a Friend Week, Drop & Shop, and Spooktacular & Trunk or Treat.

The Rocky Point gym is part of the Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja family and is described as one of seven state-of-the-art gyms that combine over half a century of gymnastics excellence in a modern environment, with a premier Gold Medal Ninja training course included in each gym. The state-of-the-art facility includes spring floors, professional trampolines, and foam pits for safe skill progression, and the gymnasiums are fully air-conditioned and air purified, with facilities cleaned and sterilized daily.
Safety-Certified Instructors lead the programs, and program directors bring together Olympic-level expertise and dedicated teaching experience. The recreational program includes instruction on all Olympic events: balance beam, uneven bars, floor exercise, and vault. Programs at Gold Medal Gymnastics & Ninja have guided numerous students to national championships and prestigious university programs, including Brown and Cornell Universities.
