Rye YMCA Youth Basketball Classes and Leagues include basketball classes, a Youth Basketball League (YBL), and a Middle School Basketball League and Clinic. Activities include dribbling, shooting, passing, basketball drills, footwork, ball handling, coordination, fitness, balance, and gameplay. Participants receive a half hour of instruction followed by a half hour game, and the program states that participants will learn as they play.
