About the provider
Project Lift has operated since 1984. The program works with identified students and their families through open, honest conversations about real-life challenges and everyday experiences. It also includes holiday assistance, clothing and Halloween costumes, and year-round support for families through school break programming, summer camps, and meal support.
This free, referral-based after-school prevention and support program serves students in grades 1–5 across all six elementary schools in the district. A complementary program for sixth graders at the middle school focuses on strengthening self-esteem and fostering meaningful connections to school.
