Maple Ski Ridge Snow Sports School and Camps

Maple Ski Ridge Snow Sports School and Camps offers skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports activities with a focus on snowsports education. The program includes Burton Learn to Ride snowboarding, using equipment and instruction specific to that program.

Since 1963, Maple Ski Ridge has been a family-owned and operated business. The program caters to skiers and riders of all ages and abilities and specializes in providing an excellent experience for beginners and nurturing a love for winter sports. Instructors are highly qualified and well-trained, with many holding certifications at multiple levels, and instructors who are not yet certified receive additional training and are actively working toward certification. Maple Ski Ridge has partnered with reputable industry professional organizations that provide staff with training and education focused on maintaining a high standard of excellence in snowsports education.

Maple Ski Ridge is recognized as a Registered Snowsports School of PSIA/AASI (The Professional Ski Instructors of America/American Association of Snowboard Instructors). It is a member of both NSAA (National Ski Areas Association) and SANY (Ski Areas of New York). The Snow Sports School is an official Burton Learn to Ride Center, and Burton Learn to Ride snowboards are specifically designed for beginners with soft flexes for forgiving turn initiation, convex bases to help with steering and stopping, and beveled edges that create a catch-free ride. Burton Learn to Ride snowboards are available in sizes ranging from 70cm for kids to 160cm for adults.
