Quinipet Camp & Retreat Center

Quinipet Camp & Retreat Center offers Summer Camp, Overnight Camp, Day Camp, Retreats, Pastoral Retreats, Weddings, Outdoor Education, and Senior Campers. Campers live in small family groups, with counselors living right alongside them, and may also request to live with one friend. Cabins have bathrooms, air conditioning, and bunk-beds.

About the provider

Quinipet is a Christian camp owned and operated since 1947 by the New York Conference of The United Methodist Church. It is licensed by the New York State Department of Health. The leadership team includes Shauna D'Arcy, Interim Executive Director; Lauren Traskos, Retreats and Registration Coordinator; Reggie Johnson, Food Service Manager; and Graeme Baker, Property Manager. The camp says it is open and affirming to all who come, regardless of religious affiliation, and fully accepts all persons identifying as LGBTQIA+ into the life, ministry, and activities of the camp and its sister campsite, Kingswood.
