Pulse Premier Sports Camps are hosted at top educational institutions that feature sports facilities such as turf fields, gymnasiums, fitness centers, auditoriums, and swimming pools. Some locations include a daily recreational free swim session and offer lunch options, and many locations offer before care, multi-week programs, and extended day options. The program uses a multi-level curriculum that is designed and delivered by highly trained professional coaches, with a low coach-to-player ratio.

Pulse programs are designed and delivered by highly trained professional coaches who are First Aid and CPR certified. All staff members have at least 3 years of coaching experience and hold a variety of specialist qualifications. The mission of Pulse Premier Sports Camps states that curriculums are designed for young athletes of all skill levels who have a passion in sports and demand more during key influential years, and that staff are dedicated to the continued well-being and growth of children through sport.

The United Soccer Academy and US Sports Institute, which are connected to Pulse, have been providing soccer education programming and sports courses to communities for over 15 years. They have worked with over 500 organizations across the United States, including recreation departments, YMCAs, JCCs, school districts, and other private organizations and clubs that require sports programming.

For equipment and daily needs, all equipment is provided for Basketball and Multi Sports. Golf programs require participants to bring their own clubs and follow the dress code, tennis programs require participants to bring their own racquet, and volleyball participants need to bring their own knee pads, appropriate sneakers, and other protective equipment. Soccer players need to wear shin guards and cleats or soccer sneakers. All campers are required to arrive in sports-appropriate clothing and footwear, bring sun protection such as sunscreen and a hat, snacks, and plenty of water or fluids for the day. Campers should pack a bathing suit and towel for swim, and may include a second bathing suit if attending a full-day program at either the Pingry School or Essex County Country Club where players swim twice. Medication or an Epi-pen should be brought if required.
