About
Southwest Y Camps offers swimming, boating, arts and crafts, fine arts, horseback riding, field trips, archery, sports, team building, and character development activities. All documents, including immunizations, IEPs, and medication consent forms, are due to camp administration by June 1 or upon registration if a child is registered after June 1.

The mission of Southwest Y Camps follows the YMCA statement: to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The YMCA of Central New York acknowledges with respect the Onondaga Nation, firekeepers of the Haudenosaunee, the Indigenous peoples on whose ancestral lands its facilities now stand. All of the camps connected with this program offer financial assistance and inclusion programs to those in need, and scholarships are available. The YMCA of Greater Rochester has partnered with the YMCA of Central New York to provide overnight camping opportunities at Camp Cory and Camp Gorham.
