For equipment and daily needs, all equipment is provided for basketball and multi sports, while golf participants must bring their own clubs and follow the dress code, tennis participants must bring their own racquet, and volleyball participants must bring their own knee pads, appropriate sneakers, and other protective equipment. Soccer players are required to wear shin guards and cleats or soccer sneakers. All campers are required to arrive in sports-appropriate clothing and footwear, bring sun protection such as sunscreen and a hat, snacks, plenty of water or fluids, a bathing suit and towel for swim, and medication or an Epi-pen if needed. The United Soccer Academy and US Sports Institute, which are connected to Pulse programming, have been providing soccer education programming and sports courses for over 15 years and have worked with over 500 organizations across the United States, including recreation departments, YMCAs, JCCs, school districts, and other private organizations and clubs that require sports programming.
