Families are given clear equipment guidelines: for Basketball and Multi Sports, all equipment is provided; for Soccer, players need to wear shin guards and cleats or soccer sneakers; for Golf, participants must provide their own set of clubs and follow the dress code; for Tennis, participants must bring their own racquet; and for Volleyball, participants need to provide their own knee pads, appropriate sneakers, and other protective equipment. All campers are required to arrive in sports-appropriate clothing and footwear, with sun protection such as sunscreen and a hat, snacks, and plenty of water or fluids for the day. Campers should pack a bathing suit and towel for swim, and may include a second bathing suit if attending a full-day program at either the Pingry School or Essex County Country Club where players swim twice, and any required medication or Epi-pen should be brought if needed.
