Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake offers activities such as singing, pickleball, a ropes course, dancing Israeli-style, and basketball. The camp is a coed Jewish overnight camp that serves campers through fun, innovative, and inclusive programming, with a maximum of 225 campers per session for a close-knit, personalized camp experience. It is a non-denominational Young Judaea overnight camp and is the sister camp of Sprout Westchester Day Camp.

For over 50 years, CYJ Sprout Lake has been dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment. The Young Judaea Sprout Camps state that they are dedicated to inspiring Jewish identity, fostering a connection to the State of Israel, and strengthening the sense of Jewish peoplehood. Their mission also includes encouraging individual growth, cultivating lasting friendships, promoting a deep commitment to Tikun Olam (repairing the world), and empowering campers to develop leadership skills and become active, engaged citizens of the world. Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake is described as the summer expression of Young Judaea, the Zionist Youth Movement. The camp will operate under the AAP and NY State Department of Health guidelines.
