Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake offers activities that include singing, pickleball, a ropes course, dancing Israeli-style, and basketball. The program includes fun, innovative, and inclusive programming with a close-knit, personalized camp experience. Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake is a coed, non-denominational Jewish overnight camp with a maximum of 225 campers per session.

For over 50 years, CYJ Sprout Lake has been dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment. The Young Judaea Sprout Camps are the summer expressions of Young Judaea, the Zionist Youth Movement. The Young Judaea Sprout Camps are dedicated to inspiring Jewish identity, fostering a connection to the State of Israel, and strengthening the sense of Jewish peoplehood. Through a warm and supportive community, they encourage individual growth, cultivate lasting friendships, and promote a deep commitment to Tikun Olam (repairing the world). As part of this approach, the camps empower campers to develop leadership skills and become active, engaged citizens of the world. The camp is guided by the principle of kol yisrael arevim zeh lazeh (all of Israel is responsible for one another). Sprout Westchester is the sister camp of Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake.
