Happy Hours Children's Center

Happy Hours Children's Center offers Infant/Toddler care, Preschool for ages 3-5, an Enriched Pre-K Program, School Age Child Care for Grade K-5, and Summer Camp. The center provides two healthy snacks daily, fenced-in play yards, an inground wading pool, field trips with chartered bus transportation, and school-age care with transportation to all Wappingers Falls Elementary Schools. Flexible scheduling with drop-in service is available, and the center is open year round from 7am-5:30pm.

About the provider

Happy Hours Children's Center was established in 1985. It is owner-operated and follows its own personal philosophy and curriculum. The center states that it provides caring, attentive, individualized care and age-appropriate interactive activities. It is licensed by the New York State Department of Social Services, regulated by the Dutchess County Department of Health, and staffed by New York State Certified Teachers. Staff are trained in CPR and First Aid, and the center partners with the Dutchess County Early Intervention Program to provide on-site developmental evaluations of children.

Owner-operated. The center follows its own personal philosophy and curriculum. Small classroom sizes. Staff:child ratios meet or surpass New York State standards.
