- General schedule: Elmwood’s summer day camp program grows with your child. Every grade level reflects the varying needs of the age group, from kids 3 years old up to grade 6. The program offers creative and outdoor activities.
About the provider
Elmwood’s mission is for each child to discover, celebrate, and be who they are supposed to be. The leadership team includes Hillari Boritz, Gregg Licht, Kate Wierzbicki, Rachel Licht, Lauren Dermody, Brittany Marcus, Jeff Ackerman, and Bobbi Wittenberg. Hillari has been with Elmwood for 30 years, Gregg for over 25 summers, Kate for 19 years since her first summer, and Jeff and Bobbi served as directors for 26 years. The program provides door-to-door transportation from Westchester County, Manhattan, and Riverdale, with EWD buses and vans picking up in many locations including White Plains, Ardsley, Bronxville, Dobbs Ferry, Hartsdale, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, and Tarrytown. Private family tours are offered year-round. The 2027 session runs from 2027-06-28 to 2027-08-19.
