USC Gymnastics & Baseball Training

USC Gymnastics & Baseball Training offers baseball classes, gymnastics classes, private lessons, and acrobatic open gym. The program also provides access to indoor batting cages, baseball summer camp, gymnastics summer camp, after school programs, birthday parties, and summer Saturday gymnastics sessions.

At USC Gymnastics & Baseball Training, the stated mission is to use gymnastics classes, baseball training, after school programs, and summer camps to inspire and empower young athletes of all levels to achieve their goals and reach their full potential while making friends and having fun in the indoor batting cages. The program offers a free 30 minute trial class during the Summer Saturday Session. Beginning June 27, 2026, batting cage hours are listed as 2pm–7pm Monday through Friday and 10am–4pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with Summer Saturday Gymnastics hours from 10am–1pm and Summer Camp hours from 8am–5pm Monday through Friday. Current posted hours are Monday–Thursday 2:00pm–8:00pm, Friday 3:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday 10:00am–7:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am–6:00pm.
