About
Camp Inquire offers classes in environmental sciences, mathematics, creative expressions, physical science, music, arts, and social sciences. Students have approximately 7–10 classes to choose from during the week they attend, and of those classes, each student is asked to pick 3. If a desired class is full, students may choose from the remaining available classes and can add their name to a wait-list in case space opens up.

• Schedule: Camp Inquire runs each day from 9 AM–3 PM
• Price: Currently, the only fee to attend Camp Inquire is a $135 camp fee.
Camp Inquire was started in the summer of 1981 as a two-week camp for students in first through eighth grade with roughly 100 students, after it was determined that high ability students in rural areas were not being offered sufficient opportunities in gifted education. Today, the camp attracts more than 500 students from more than 20 different school districts. Camp Inquire provides educational options that match enrichment services to the specialized needs or interests of identified students, with activities based on the idea that high ability students participate in programming that is differentiated through changes in content, process, and learning environment.
