Families also receive communication, attendance tracking, daily sheets, progress reports, photos, and videos through the Child Care Seer system, which is also used for billing and payments.

• Ages: 0–13 years old

Victorum Learning Center provides nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks for enrolled students. Programs are available for infants (6 weeks to 1 year), toddlers (1–3 years), preschoolers (3–5 years), before and after school (5–12 years), and summer camp (5–12 years). Educators often earn specific age-appropriate internationally recognized credentials and complete hundreds of hours of professional development. The leadership team includes roles such as Director, Compliance Manager and Quality Control, classroom teachers for infant, toddler, and preschool groups, a Busy Bees teacher, a cook, and support staff.

The program’s mission states that it is dedicated to providing early education and care with an educational environment that focuses on nurturing the whole child, supporting physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and meeting every child where they are while supporting progression toward appropriate benchmarks. Victorum Learning Center is rated 4.8 out of 5 from 142 parents and is described as a top-rated preschool in Celina, Ohio. The center is now accepting Title 20 assistance and offers Military (Active & Retired), First Responders, Educator, and Sibling discounts.

Parents report positive communication with teachers, appreciation for the learning aspects their children receive, and frequent positive reports from room activities. Several parents highlight that teachers are approachable, work hard to build relationships with children, and are described as the strength of the center. Families note that they like using the Child Care Seer app to see what their children are doing during the day and describe teachers as very hands-on and caring.
