The Cincinnati Architectural Mentoring Program (C.A.M.P.) offers the C.A.M.P. Mentoring Program for current 9th through 12th grade students. The 2026-2027 Mentoring Program is planned to run from September through March and will be in person, with tentative dates. Applications are open for the 2026-2027 Mentoring Program, and the program is completely free.

About the provider

AIA Cincinnati was founded in 2005, and its first camp was hosted in 2006. The organization was created as a collaborative effort with the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Midwestern Region of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture and Interior Design (SAID), and Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS). At the 2014 annual AIA Grassroots Conference, AIA Cincinnati received a Diversity Recognition Award for the Summer C.A.M.P. program.

The 2026-2027 Mentoring Program is completely free. Current 9th through 12th grade students are encouraged to apply. The application asks for student grade as of September 2026 and student age options from 12 to 17 years old.
