Founded in 1982, Cincinnati Young People's Theatre is part of Cincinnati Landmark Productions, which aims to develop young artists through opportunity, training, and excellence in production. The leadership team includes Rodger Pille as Managing Director, Jennifer Perrino as Business Manager/Producer, Tim Perrino as Artistic Director/Founder, and Denny Reed as Box Office Manager/Technical Director. The organization also acts as an advocate for community revitalization, bringing cultural benefits to the communities where its venues are located.
