Before and After School & School Days Off Childcare includes homework help, gross motor play, and creative outlets. The program offers full-day childcare for school-aged children on days the Cincinnati Public School District is closed.

The program is part of the Gamble-Nippert YMCA. The Gamble-Nippert YMCA offers before and after school care programs at the branch as well as on-site after school care at Cheviot Elementary and Gamble Montessori Elementary, with transportation offered to and from Dater Montessori Elementary, Our Lady of Lourdes, and Midway Elementary. The YMCA of Greater Cincinnati has achieved the highest industry standards in abuse prevention practices. The mission of the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The leadership team includes Lia Myers (Community Executive Director), Katrin Friesen (Director of Transformation & Membership/Group Exercise), Jeremy Patterson (Senior Program Director), and Emily Balzer (Neighborhood Business Analyst).
