Columbus Children's Choir offers a choral program where children and teens take part in singing. The program includes auditions for participants and holds a Family Fun Day Fundraisier as part of its activities.

Columbus Children's Choir was established in 1996 and describes itself as Central Ohio’s premier choral program for school-age children. It is open to students in grades 1–12 of all experience levels and offers financial aid described as generous to keep participation accessible. Families are asked to enter through the east most entrance and accompany children during drop off and pick up.
The leadership team includes Artistic Director Jeanne Wohlgamuth; Program Manager Dr. Tammy Gebara; Vivace Director Molly McCorkle Rule; Adagio Director and Accompanist Eliza van Kan; Accompanist Chad Baker; Young Musicians staff member Robin Terschak; and Managing Director Dr. Kerry Haberkern. Jeanne Wohlgamuth has a four-decade career, has received the Professor Veneta Vicheva Conductor’s Mastery Award from the XXVI Dobri Voinikov International Children and Youth Choral Gala in Shumen, Bulgaria (2021), the Best Conductor Award from the Rimini International Choral Competition in Rimini, Italy (2021), the Outstanding Music Educator Award from the Royale Music Competition (2023), and the National Teacher of the Year Award from the Organization of American Kodály Educators (2020), has led an inaugural choral residency at Carnegie Hall in June 2023, and serves as President of the Ohio Choral Directors Association. Program Manager Dr. Tammy Gebara has been involved with Columbus Children’s Choir since 2007, has over 25 years of teaching experience, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Baylor University, a Master of Education in Teaching from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a PhD in Psychological Perspectives in Education from The Ohio State University. Vivace Director Molly McCorkle Rule holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and Music Education and a Master of Music in Music Education with Kodály emphasis from Capital University and completed a portion of her master’s degree at The Kodály Institute in Hungary. Adagio Director and Accompanist Eliza van Kan holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Towson University and a Master of Music in Music Education from the University of Florida. Accompanist Chad Baker is Director of Worship & Music at Christ Lutheran Church in Bexley, Ohio, is a faculty member of the Capital University Conservatory of Music, and is a 2004 cum laude graduate of Capital University with a bachelor of music degree in keyboard pedagogy with an emphasis in church music. Young Musicians staff member Robin Terschak is a 2022 graduate of the Capital University Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education (Vocal). Managing Director Dr. Kerry Haberkern is a faculty instructor of bassoon at Otterbein University, serves as second bassoonist for the Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra, and has held positions with the Niagara Symphony Orchestra and the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra.
Columbus Children’s Choir has received multiple awards, including Grand Prize Winner in the 2025, 2024, and 2023 International Youth Music Competition; First Place Winner in the 2025 The American Prize, Choral Performance, Youth Choir Division; Gold Medal Winner at the 2025 Musica Orbis Prague Festival; First Place Winner at the 2025 Bratislava Music Festival, Youth Division; Diamond Prize in the 2023 International Royal Music Competition; Grand Prize Winner and multiple First Place awards at the 2021 Rimini (Italy) International Choral Festival; and First Place Winner in The American Prize, Children’s Community Choir or Youth Choir Division in 2019, 2011, and 2010.
