The Wilson Collegiate Tennis Camps state that learning is organized, fun is emphasized, and safety is prioritized. Programs are independently owned and operated by Premier Sports Camps, Inc. under license by Wilson, which is described as “The #1 brand in tennis.” The camps are described as premier camps for young players who strive to learn the game, improve their skills, or participate in middle school, high school, USTA team tennis, or tournaments, and they offer camps for all levels of young players with a wide variety of camp programs.

Trainings are led by NCAA college tennis coaches who guide athletes in Division I and Division III, and each coach brings experience from youth development programs, junior tournaments, and collegiate competition. The camps are directed by top college tennis coaches who are selected for their ability to communicate and relate to young players of all skill levels. Programs are hosted on premier college campuses nationwide, with immersive youth tennis training held on top U.S. college campuses.

Wilson Collegiate Tennis Camps offers three distinct types of camp programs: Traditional camps, Elite Training Camps, and UTR Showcase camps. Traditional camps are described as well-rounded, systematic instructional experiences with an emphasis on stroke production and swing fundamentals. Elite Training Camps are for young players looking for a more intense training camp experience and exposure to strategy and point building, combining advanced drills, strategy, and point construction. UTR Showcase camps combine intensive instruction with UTR rated match play opportunities.

Parents report that coaching staff are friendly, connect well with kids, and use fun activities to support a longer week of training. Parent comments describe instructors as attentive and providing individual feedback, with every session having a deliberate focus rather than unstructured play. Several parents note that beginners learned a lot and that their children enjoyed the camp enough to request additional sessions or to switch from other camps, and some mention that their children were tired at the end of the day and that the hours worked well for working parents. One parent highlights their child’s experience training with a college tennis team, describing the environment as positive and challenging and noting that it gave kids a taste of what college tennis would be like.
