Natatorium Youth Programs include a wide range of activities such as strength training, cardio, circuit workouts, use of a running track, and court sports like basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and racquetball. The programs also offer swim lessons, aquatic fitness, open recreation, and group fitness options including yoga, cycling, HIIT, Zumba, T’ai Chi, Insane Cardio, Barre, Spinning, Kickboxing, Totally Fit, Silver Fitness, Kettlebell, Pure Pilates, Karate, Strength & Flex, TRX, and Strength Chisel. Additional options include kids castle babysitting, kid fit, youth gym, and home school gym.

The Natatorium Youth Programs are overseen by a leadership team that includes Facility Director Kathy Burt; Members Relations Supervisor Beth Cirwinski; and Program Supervisors Judy Conway, Jason Pullin, and Jordan Pagni.
