YMCA Swim Lessons offers swim lessons and private swimming lessons led by certified swimming instructors and lifeguards. The program also includes water exercise classes in YMCA pools, including access to a comfortable, warm water pool. Swim lesson programming varies by location and follows a progressive, learn to swim curriculum that emphasizes proper swimming technique and water safety.
• Ages: 0–18 years old
• Schedule: Sessions are typically six weeks
• Price: Pricing will be prorated if a holiday or closure affects swim lessons
