Conservation Kids Camp includes creeking every Thursday as part of its activities. The program runs June 22–24 from 10 am to 2 pm. Conservation Kids Camp is part of the Summer Programs for Kids and Families offered through Butler SWCD, which also includes summer programs in libraries and parks and access to an educational trailer called “The world beneath your feet.”

The camp is connected with Butler SWCD, which has a mission to promote the conservation, restoration, and responsible use of natural resources through technical assistance and education. Butler SWCD also works with area farmers and landowners on a variety of Conservation Incentive Programs through the Farm Bill. Families can also use the Butler SWCD YouTube channel as a resource for learning about composting, pond management, rain gardens, and wildlife. Lynn is listed as part of the leadership team for these programs.
