KidStrong Mason is a kids' development center where children take part in obstacle courses, tug of war, tire flips, puzzles, games, mental challenges, warm-ups, and skill development activities. Each 45-minute class is built to include physical, mental, and character-focused activities such as fun, coach-led games and puzzles that promote balance, coordination, strength, agility, creativity, problem solving, and mental development.
