Parent feedback includes comments that communication between the school and parents is “top notch” and that the program is “trust, dependability, friendly.” Parents describe teachers as going above and beyond to get to know families and create meaningful relationships with children, and they mention an “amazing staff” and “great line of communication.” Several parents say their children enjoy attending, that staff take an interest in each child and care very much for the kids, and that it feels like an extended family with a positive atmosphere. Parents also note a good mix of learning and fun, engaged teachers with a vested interest in their child, and describe teachers and staff as excellent, caring, and very responsive. One parent mentions that the Step Up To Quality questionnaire helps parents gauge where their children should be academically, behaviorally, and verbally.
