About
STEAM Studio is a premier summer day camp where kids take part in weekly themed activities such as science, coding, and engineering workshops, along with visual art and aesthetics, language arts, music, social studies, and physical arts. Campers work on specific projects like cooking with STEAM by experimenting with making boba balls and other edible creations, building a shelter that withstands the elements, designing a cardboard cooler to keep food cold, engineering a water still for clean drinking water, exploring the STEAM side of space and flight, and using coding and science to create visual and musical art. Additional activities include exploring the physics behind roller coasters, designing, building, and programming robots, exploring biology and medicine including DNA and body systems, building games through coding, design, and problem-solving, experimenting with a game controller and 3D modeling, exploring ESports and gaming careers, team-building games such as solving a human padlock, quick STEAM challenges, large-scale STEAM activities, focused physical activities, and creating an exciting masterpiece.
