National Inventors Hall of Fame Education Programs (Camp Invention, Club Invention, Leaders-in-Training, Leadership Intern Program) offer hands-on fun and creativity with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) concepts. These programs connect world-changing innovators with today’s youth through education programs that combine hands-on fun and creativity with STEM concepts.

The National Inventors Hall of Fame has been honoring the spirit of innovation and promoting inventors as role models since 1973, impacting more than 4 million children, students, educators and innovators across the nation since it was founded in 1973. Its education programs include Camp Invention for K–6th grade, Club Invention for 1st–6th grade, Leaders-in-Training for 7th–9th grade, and the Leadership Intern Program for high school and college students. To fulfill its mission of making STEM education accessible and promoting innovation across the country, the education team collaborates with National Inventors Hall of Fame Inductees to create new program curricula each year. The organization is founded and supported in partnership with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and partners with over 1,400 districts nationwide and in Puerto Rico, along with 2,144 philanthropic partners making STEM education more accessible.
The leadership team includes Rachelle Albrechta (Director of Program Development), who holds a bachelor’s degree in art education and a master’s in education as a gifted intervention specialist and is a certified Dream Manager. Senior Director of Education Jayme Cellitioci holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology/biology, a master’s in creativity and change leadership, and a professional certificate in free-choice learning. Manager of Program Management Ashley Giordano holds a master’s degree in history and a museum studies certificate from the University of Delaware. Education Specialist Susie Duchon is part of the team, along with Curriculum Writer Rachel Lutes, who holds a bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education with a focus in mathematics and ELA. Senior Content Writer Emily Mitchell holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Kent State University, and Editor Sara Pompeo holds a bachelor’s degree in professional and technical writing with a professional area of study in journalism. Spanish Services Lead & Education Specialist Maggie Saine holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Spanish from Ohio University. Director of Science & Product Development Jennifer Sitton holds a bachelor’s degree in biopsychology, a master’s in cell and organismal biology, and a doctorate in biology specializing in science education.
