Center Stage Dance Studio offers classes in Jazz, Ballet/Pointe, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Tiny Dancers, Ballroom, Jumps/Leaps/Turns, Improvisation, and Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT). During Company Camp days, students stay in the same dance room while teachers rotate between rooms, and students are separated into multiple rooms based on enrollment. Company Camp includes all listed dance styles for each student on the days they attend.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Company Camp runs during the weeks of July 13th, July 20th, and July 27th, with Company Auditions on July 31, 2026 (Ages 11 & Under: 10:00 am–2:00 pm; Ages 12 & Up: 2:30–6:30 pm) and an alternate audition day on July 24th from 1:00–3:30 pm
• Price: Company Camp: $100 per day per student
For Company Camp, students must wear the same tight-fitting dance outfit for the entire day, with no t-shirts and no separate ballet attire, and Hip Hop is the only class where dancers may add layers and baggy clothes. All students are required to attend all classes offered on the camp days they are signed up for, unless there is a medical reason. Dancers may wear clean tennis shoes for Ballroom and Tap if they do not own Ballroom or Tap shoes. Lunch can be brought from home or dropped off by a parent or guardian at the lunch drop-off table by 12:00 pm, and dancers may not leave the studio during lunch.
Parents are welcome to sit in the lobby and watch Company Camp on TV monitors. Each room has two teachers to accommodate different levels in each style. The staff at Center Stage Dance Studio is SafeSchools and CPR certified and completes yearly training courses in safety, prevention, and compliance. Center Stage Dance Studio has been in operation since 1988 and has enriched Northeast Ohio's dance community for over 35 years. The studio states that it strives to be a safe space for all who enter and that its mission includes students gaining self-confidence, unique artistry, and collaborative skills that last a lifetime, with the 2025–2026 motto “Grit Powers Greatness.”
