The Little Gym offers Parent / Child classes for ages 4 months to 3 years, Pre-K Gymnastics for ages 3 to 6 years, Grade School Gymnastics for ages 6 to 12 years, and Dance for ages 3 to 12 years. For children under 3, a parent or caregiver must participate in class, and for children 3 and up, parents are invited to watch class from the lobby.

About the provider
The Little Gym says this year marks 50 years since it first opened its doors. It says the first The Little Gym opened in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington. The Little Gym says it challenges children to master physical, emotional, and life skills through Three-Dimensional Learning: Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid.
