Certified instructors conduct daily swimming lessons and supervise all activities in the private pool, and a staff nurse is available throughout each day. Hot Kosher lunches are prepared in the camp kitchen and served each day at no extra cost, with a mid-afternoon snack provided. Blue and White Games is a two and a half day activity where the camp is divided into two teams that compete in events such as sports, art, and music, and Banquet is the final Friday of the summer when campers are treated to a special lunch and counselors decorate the lunch tables as if it is a big party for campers. Late Night is a special night when campers may stay until 7:00 pm for extra swimming, dinner, and themed activities. Extended care is a non-structured before and/or after hours service, and no individual days are available and no drop-ins are allowed for extended care.

The program is designed to foster self-esteem, camaraderie and lots of fun. Park Day Camp is part of Park Synagogue, which is affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, and Jewish values and customs are woven into the camp community. Campers participate in blessings at meals and a special Shabbat lunch each Friday. Parents report that drop-off and pick-up procedures are super organized and stress-free. The leadership team includes Abbey Phillips, Director; Lee Millstone, Assistant Director; and Debbie Friedman, Culture Carrier.
