Perfection Gymnastics School offers preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, cheer class, tumbling, and open gym. The program also offers birthday party packages that include age-appropriate gymnastics activities and games using equipment such as trampolines, foam pits, vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor.

Perfection Gymnastics School has served families and children in the Cincinnati area with recreational and competitive gymnastics since 2010. Its mission is to make gymnastics fun, accessible, and impactful, setting children up for a lifetime of confidence. The program offers a free trial class option and birthday party packages that include setup and cleanup by the team.
The leadership team includes co-owners and co-founders Enrique Trabanino and Beth Prince, along with Business Manager Shari Hoskins. Program leadership and coaching staff also include Classes and Recreational Director Chelsea Mensch; Compulsory, Developmental and Xcel Team Coaches Darcie Smith, Emma Wilcox, and Luis Villamizar; Compulsory and Optional Team Coaches Erika Richardson and Zach Dougal; Optional Team Coaches Hailey Fairchild and Lexie Heffron; and Developmental and Xcel Team Coach Tyra Foster. Since 2013, Beth has worked full-time at Perfection Gymnastics with Enrique.
Instructors and coaches are required to complete FBI and BCI (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation) background checks, hold a valid USA Gymnastics membership, and pass a USA Gymnastics background check. Required USA Gymnastics trainings include Fundamentals of Gymnastics, Safety and Risk Management, Safe Sport Training (taken yearly), Concussion Training (taken yearly), Tough Coaching or Emotional Abuse: Knowing When the Line Has Been Crossed, and the USA Gymnastics Safety & Response Policy Course. Many instructors are current or former gymnasts who have worked their way up through the program.
Perfection Gymnastics School is home to both recreational and competitive gymnastics and has earned over 100 State, Regional, and National titles, produced more than 35 NCAA gymnasts, and hosted 3 high-quality yearly team camps. The program reports “10,000+ happy hearts.” It emphasizes safety first and a proactive approach that includes rigorous protocols and a safe, supportive training environment.
The program states that gymnastics builds character, strength, and confidence; provides a foundation of balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength; builds work ethic and determination; increases self-esteem and boosts confidence; empowers students with camaraderie and peer-to-peer support; and teaches the power and importance of setting goals. It states that gymnastics is for everyone and that it is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels, while instilling a love of gymnastics in students of all ages.
One parent of two classroom students since 2021 reports that an older child has attended for over three years and has gained confidence, and that both children love their classes and the teachers. A preteam parent of two students since 2021 notes that the parent waiting and observation area provides a complete view of all recreational areas of the gym, finds it easy to see what their children are doing and learning, and observes that many instructors are current or former gymnasts who have worked their way up through the program, which this parent feels creates a culture of encouragement and motivates gymnasts to strive to be their best.
