About
Latchkey offers before school care, after school care, care on most out-of-school days including spring and winter breaks, and a summer program at some locations. The program is for children in Pre-K through 5th grade who are age 4 or older, and it operates inside the child’s school without transportation provided. Breakfast and lunch are typically provided by the school, and Latchkey provides a snack for children in the after-school program.
Programs
- Before School (AM) — Pre-K through 5th Grade; children must be age 4 or older · Site programs typically begin between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM and end when classes begin
- After School (PM) — Pre-K through 5th Grade; children must be age 4 or older · End of school until 6:00 PM
- Summer Program — Pre-K through 5th Grade; children must be age 4 or older · 7:00 AM-6:00 PM at some locations; site-specific
- Out-of-school day care — Pre-K through 5th Grade; children must be age 4 or older · Most out-of-school days including spring and winter breaks

About the provider
Latchkey was founded in 1992 and is Oklahoma’s longest running before and after school program. It is locally owned, and all Latchkey programs are licensed by OKDHS. The program participates in Oklahoma’s accreditation program, Reaching for the Stars, and each site is assigned at least one teacher with a national professional credential.
