About the provider
Northwest Optimist Soccer Club was established in the 1970's. The Northwest Optimist Club of Oklahoma City has been meeting the needs of the community since 1952. The program states that it serves and provides positive alternatives for the youth of the community. It is run solely by volunteers supporting youth activities, and all proceeds go directly back into the park area for improvements.
A player cannot play on more than one team, even at another club. A child must be 4 by the time the season starts. 4 and 5 year olds can play on the same team. Boys, girls, and co-ed teams are available through all age groups, though the majority of co-ed stops in the U-12 division.
