Oklahoma City Swing Dance Club

The Oklahoma City Swing Dance Club offers West Coast Swing lessons, including West Coast Swing Beginner I (PINK, Level 1), West Coast Swing Level 2 (PURPLE), West Coast Swing Level 3 (YELLOW), and West Coast Swing Level 4 (GREEN). Weekly lessons and dance parties are listed, and the beginner class does not require a partner because partners rotate throughout the class.

About the provider

The mission of the Oklahoma City Swing Club is to provide people of all ages and cultures the opportunity to enjoy and participate in the art of dancing, to preserve "Swing" as one of the earliest expressions of American social dance, and to incorporate the instruction, demonstration, and performance of all social dance forms. Membership dues are $60 per year. First time dancers are eligible to receive the membership discounted rate for the first two months of lessons. On the third month of lessons, the monthly rate increases to $60 if the dancer does not sign up as a club member. Membership discounted prices include $50 monthly lesson fees, $10 dance parties, and $10 birthday parties, and birthday month is free. The club also offers a free month of dance lessons for referring two new students who sign up within three months.
