About the provider

Each child must have their own paperwork before registration and payment. Campers must bring their own lunch and a morning and afternoon snack. A minimum of three weeks' notice is required to cancel or transfer a camp registration, and refunds requested with more than three weeks' notice receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for illness or other absences. The Zoo reserves the right to cancel classes if registration is below the required minimum, and programs are held rain or shine unless the zoo is closed due to severe weather conditions.
